Driveway Sealer


In Oct. of 2009 I bought $800.00 worth of driveway sealer from Lowe's Home Center in Paris, Tennessee. My son, my husband and myself put it on.Since this was the first time we had ever done this we were kind of at a loss.Like most people we did it ourselves because we could not afford to pay someone else.How hard is it to pour it out on the driveway and spread it out.Some of it was thick and some of it was very thin. We thought it did not look right but we went ahead and put it on anyway.It was quite warm when we did it and about a week later it rained.Our driveway looked awful. Huge places were
washed out. I called the store and the man I talked to said bring him a photo,so my son and I went back to the store and showed it to him . He said it had been too cold and it was our problem.I called one more time to and asked him to do something and he did not.I have a Lowe's card and I'm a very good customer.I'm not saying it was all his fault but he should have at least listened to me,$800 is a lot of money to me.Today, April 7, 2011 I was at Lowe's again and I spoke with an assistant manger and he told me Lowe's was responsible for the first year.My son and I went and tried but we were ignored. We are now out of luck because it's been over a year.The reason we did not get back in touch with them is because our daughter died on Nov. 25, 2009.Right is right and Lowe's was wrong in the way they handled it.Our driveway is peeling,cracking and falling apart so what do you suggest we do now? Lowe's is responsible for our problem!I do not want an E-Mail, I want you to do what is right, we want a phone call and a apology would be nice. Our no. is 731-352-5976.I'm sorry but someone is going to have to make this right and Lowe's is who we are looking at because they handled it NOT AT ALL!
